About Adjustable Air Beds

Adjustable Air Bed Information

One of the advantages with an air bed is its ability to adjust to the comfort level of the sleeper. This is done with an air pump that can pump air into or out of your bed to conform to your comfort level, whether you prefer a firm mattress, or one that is somewhat softer. The air bed has this capability because it is supported by (what else) air. Chambers contained in the bed are filled with air that actually are the support for the bed. Air beds also last longer than a conventional bed with a box springs and mattress.

Air mattress beds come with a pump that has a handheld control, thus allowing you to put air into and out of the bed. In this manner, you are able to adjust the firmness level on either side of the bed. This enables you and your partner to select the firmness or softness desired on each side of the bed. This can be achieved quietly with the touch of a button so that you don’t even wake your partner when he is sleeping. There should be two hand held controls so that both you and your partner can adjust each side of the bed accordingly. The control contains a preset memory function so that you can leave the bed at its present setting when you find the level of comfort you desire.

The Regency adjustable air bed does not have a steel frame which makes it more flexible and able to bend when necessary. It contains a comfortable pocket sprung mattress.
